After a disappointing shopping experience at a local Volvo dealer, I decided to drive to Chicago to shop my new Volvo car. Seamus at The Autobarn Volvo Cars of Oak Park walked me through the whole search and shopping process with great patience and altitude. I must say it was certainly a stress-free shopping experience. At the end, I got what I wanted with a great price. Seamus also showed me how to use those hi-tech functions in the XC90. Additionally, I got a reasonable offer for my trade-in vehicle. In my life, this car purchase is certainly the best experience I have ever had. Thank you, Seamus! Have used this dealership for a few years now and will never go anywhere else. All the service staff are outstanding and go above and beyond when my car is in for service. I must admit I did not look forward to the change of management. I was concerned that Autobarn would take away the premiere customer service that this iconic location is known for - I was so wrong! The owner Richard is the nicest guy. I went in for a service appointment and drove away in an XC60! I was completely in control of my sales experience, in fact nobody approached me, I asked about an SUV. The service department is even better! They offer free pickup and drop off service in addition to the standard loaner vehicle, car wash and 21 point inspection. Love the Autobarn Volvo and I live in Chicago now!
