Clearly have no idea on how to run a rental business, save yourself 30 minutes and frustration and go to enterprise or any where else. Hell jump on the bus, it would be faster.
Again, a terrific, comfortable car for a business trip. I arrived in great spirits and came home the same way. One note: Avoid noon pick-ups. This Hertz is next to a body shop (Stelton Motors, also a business I'd recommend) but that means like many other businesses, there's a lunch time rush as people drop off cars for work. They wait till you get there and there is a line before they decide to clean and check the vehicles from the past renter.
Where to start? Office is too small, only 1 seat for people waiting while others are being served. Staff not overly friendly or helpful. We wanted to stay local while our car was in the shop but I would not return. Car was not clean inside, they did not give a form for a walk around and seemed irritated that we asked them to document the damage already on the vehicle. I also hate the idea of renting with less than a full tank and then returning at same level.
Probably the worst customer service experience i have had. It took 50 minutes to pick up a car which was reserved.
Worst Customer Service Experience!!! Glad I was I able to transferred my claim to Enterprise which took care of everything within minutes. Hertz had me waiting over 1-hour at the body shop for pick-up.
