They had a pretty decent selection but didn't have what I was looking for. At least that I could see. No employees talked to me or asked if I needed help, which bothered me. I work in sales and we are always encouraged to talk to our customers. It was my first time in the store so I know I looked VERY lost. Employees walked passed me and were silent and that kind of bummed me out. I ended up buying a few small items for my cats (their cat toys are cheaper than the other stores) and waited for someone to come check me out. It took a few minutes for anyone to even notice I was standing at the register. When I asked about the item I came in looking for the employee seemed confused. I was looking for brine shrimp eggs to feed my axolotl hatchlings. I had some shrimp eggs at home but was looking for a local pet shop that might have what I needed in case the batch I had was a bust. He shrugged off my question and checked me out without another word.
I love this place! Great friendly staff with an abundant amount of knowledge. The quality and health of their fish is subpar! If you want to save some money wait for their 20% off all fish. Shop local!!
I LOVE THIS PLACE!! They have such great deals and CARRY ONLY HEALTHY foods for my family members (my pets) and by that I mean NONE of that CHEAP CANCER CAUSING DOG FOOD which tells YOU they KNOW THEIR STUFF. The staff are ALWAYS so helpful. I buy my fish from here as well because like I said THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF AND ONLY SELL TOP QUALITY HEALTHY FISH. We bought our red- bellied piranhas from here as well and always our dog related products such as their food, chicken and duck feet, elk antlers, and much more. I RECOMMEND this place to EVERYONE because they have such a variety of HEALTHY pet products.
